Exercise content on this website and in the client portal is general in nature and is not prescribed for any individual unless it is delivered to you as part of a personalised rehabilitation programme.
Anyone performing exercises unsupervised does so at their own risk, and is responsible for ensuring that their environment is safe and that they are medically fit to exercise.
Stop immediately and seek advice if you experience pain, dizziness or any unusual symptoms.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Function First Rehab accepts no liability for injury or loss arising from self-guided use of exercise content accessed through this website.
Payment & Refunds
Programme fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once your programme has started. This is because your place is reserved, your assessment time is booked, and your programme is built specifically for you.
If you need to pause your programme due to illness, injury or another significant change in circumstances, please talk to Riona — we will always try to find a fair solution, such as pausing your block or moving your remaining sessions.
Where you have a legal right to cancel, that right is not affected by this policy. If you have booked a service that has not yet begun, contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss your options.

All content on this website and in the client portal — including the Function First Rehab name, logo, brand pattern, text, photography, exercise videos, illustrations, programme structures and The RETURN Method materials — is the property of Function First Rehab and is protected by copyright.
It may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use their own programme materials for their own rehabilitation only.
